Meet your Trainers

Eddie Steele is a lifelong award-winning athlete. He knows what it takes to be a successful high school and NCAA college athlete. Eddie graduated from Humboldt State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology and was the starting full back on Humboldt's football team. In addition to his successful collegiate football career, Eddie was voted All CIF in track and football and All Conference is baseball during his high school career. Following his graduation from Humboldt, Eddie taught elementary school Physical Education in Santa Monica for three years. Eddie is a NCCPT Certified Personal Trainer. He has the academic background and practical experience to help people of all fitness levels achieve their fitness goals. When you train with Eddie you benefit from his years of experience.

Phil Nolan has a solid background in both traditional and non-traditional training methods. His training philosophy is based on focus, intensity and attention to detail, and he believes that if you can consistently apply these three things to your own workouts then success in meeting both your short and longterm goals is all but inevitable.

His workouts are tailored specifically to his clients needs using his wide range of knowledge and training methods as well as several years of experience in the industry. Each workout and program is individually designed with the client in mind.

Whether your focus is on losing weight, gaining muscle, increasing flexibility, or training for your favorite sport or hobby. Phil Nolan will give you creative workout plan to help you achieve your goals in a safe and effective manner.

Jimmie Garcia uses the earth as his personal playground. Whether he is surfing, hiking, skateboarding, running, or kicking butt on the mat he knows he has a chance to win because of his training regimen. Jimmie trains his body and his mind like he is always training for his next event. During a training session with Jimmie be prepared to be pushed to your limit.
