We always provide a free fitness consultation for all customers. This includes a tour of the Steele Fitness Facility, a medical history assessment, a fitness assessment and a nutritional evaluation. We also encourage setting a realistic attainable goal before we start. An overview of our training packages and pricing options will be presented following the fitness assessment.
