At the present time, the idea of sport-specific training is touted as being able to duplicate or imitate a specific skill or aspect of one’s sport or activity in the weight room atmosphere.

MORE INFOEddie Steele is a lifelong award-winning athlete. He knows what it takes to be a successful high school and NCAA college athlete. Eddie graduated from Humboldt State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology and was the starting full back on Humboldt’s football team.
